1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or reprints may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Printing Errors: If the final product has printing defects, color issues, or incorrect trimming that differ significantly from the approved proof.

  • Order Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, quantity, or specifications compared to your order confirmation and signed proof.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Customer Errors: Including but not limited to typos, incorrect file setup, low-resolution images, or design/layout issues provided by the customer.

  • Color Variations: Minor color variations due to different screens or printing processes.

  • Late Deliveries: Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions).

  • Change of Mind: Once an order is approved and in production, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

3. Claims Process

To file a claim for a refund or reprint:

  1. Contact us at info@stashandstore.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Include photos of the defective or damaged product.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
